Flexible Funding Structures

MedSolutions accepts funding based on the customer’s need to retain, share, or transfer risk. Based on the package of services chosen, customers can choose full-risk capitation, risk share, or fee-for-service arrangements.

All rates are based upon current utilization, membership, network environment, and which modalities the plan chooses to include in their radiology management program.

Fee-for-Service - The customer simply chooses which radiology management products to implement, and pays a specific rate per member per month for each service in place. The customer maintains financial risk, and receives all savings.

Flat Rate- MedSolutions' exclusive flat rate model requires no separate administrative fee for management services, and includes utilization review and access to MedSolutions' national network of imaging providers. Per procedure cost is guaranteed, further stabilizing your radiology costs.

Full-Risk Capitation - MedSolutions accepts full financial risk, incurring all savings or losses resulting from the program. Customer pays a set fee per member per month, lowering their current radiology costs and locking them in place for the duration of the contract. This arrangement would include precertification, steerage, network development and management, and claims adjudication.
