MedSolutions Announces new Sales Organization in Response to Significant Growth NASHVILLE, TN., November 10, 2000 / PR NEWSWIRE -- MedSolutions, Inc. announced today the addition of three regional business development directors in support of the companys targeted business growth plan. Terry Booth, Dennis Cox, and Sandra Noyallis each come from a strong managed care sales background, adding many years of experience to MedSolutions current sales force. The initial stages of the companys strategy have been realized as a growing number of payers now recognize the need to better manage radiology services. MedSolutions strong new business growth, with contracts for 1.7 million members, validates the radiology management product concept. MedSolutions specializes in the management of radiology services for managed care organizations, large physician groups, independent physician associations, and other provider systems which offer comprehensive health benefits. MedSolutions leverages years of health care management experience to provide the most innovative, cost-effective, customized radiology management solutions in the industry. Terry Booth, CLU, is the new Northeast Regional Director, Business Development. Terry joins MedSolutions from Facilitated Solutions, an organization he founded to provide consulting and sales to the insurance and managed care industry. Prior to founding this start-up, he was the Senior Vice President of One Call Medical, a national radiology network. While there, he doubled revenue through sales in a 24-month period, and generated the highest level of sales in company history. Mr. Booth also served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Health Risk Management, Inc. (HRMI), where he oversaw sales, marketing, and customer service operations. He was also responsible for product development and national distribution of all product lines. Mr. Booth earned his Charter Life Underwriter, CLU, designation from the American College and earned his degree from Lafayette college. Dennis G. Cox has joined MedSolutions as Western Regional Director, Business Development. Mr. Cox comes from a distinguished 11-year career with Intracorp, a unit of CIGNA Health Services which covers over 20 million people throughout the country with a range of health and disability management programs. During his tenure with Intracorp, Mr. Cox held the titles of Regional and National Account Executive. He was responsible for sales and customer retention activities related to Intracorps successful TPA sales division. He received numerous awards over his career including 6 prestigious Gold Circle awards for sales, customer retention and business plan achievement. Prior to Intracorp, Mr. Cox held sales positions with Health Economics Corporation and Wausau Insurance Companies. A native of Texas, Mr. Cox holds a BA in Finance and Business Administration from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. Sandra E. Noyallis is the Midwest Regional Director of Business Development, responsible for new business activity for the Midwest. She brings over 30 years health care experience in management, sales, program development and nursing. She joins MedSolutions, Inc. after a distinguished 15-year career with Intracorp, a nationwide health care management organization. During her tenure at Intracorp, Sandra was consistently one of the top sales producers, earning the honor of Gold Circle for seven years. She also served on the Gold Circle Cabinet for two terms. In 1996 she was named to Intracorps prestigious CEO Club. Prior to joining Intracorp, Ms. Noyallis was a nurse reviewer for the Missouri Peer Review Organization (PRO), which is responsible for utilization and quality health management for Medicare. While at PRO, Ms. Noyallis was recruited to develop a utilization management program for a private sector company, Medical Services, Inc. She brings considerable experience in emergency, pediatric, and surgical nursing. Ms. Noyallis received her nursing degree from Piedmont Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration from St. Francis College in Joliet, Illinois. MedSolutions Southeast Regional Director Business Development, Kim Earheart, joined the company in June, 1997. She came to MedSolutions from CIGNA Corporate, where she served as Benefits Administrator in the Contracting Department, and also as a Tax & Financial Analyst for CIGNA Medicare. Before that, she was a Commercial Lending Representative for First American National Banks. She has in Commercial/Residential real estate sales and management at Universal Builders for 2 years. Ms. Earheart received her B.A. from David Lipscomb University and her M.B.A. from the Jack C. Massey Graduate School of Business at Belmont University.
