NASHVILLE, Tenn.. – May 3, 2007 – MedSolutions, a provider of innovative and sophisticated analytics to the management of radiology services for health plans as well as government agencies, has entered into a definitive agreement with CIGNA HealthCare to provide radiology management programs, including access to MedSolutions' national imaging network, radiology cost management and quality improvement programs.

The definitive agreement covers more than 2.1 million CIGNA HealthCare members located in ten markets. Under this agreement, MedSolutions will provide radiology cost management and quality improvement programs for CIGNA, including utilization management, access to MedSolutions' national network of imaging providers, and quality assessment of CIGNA HealthCare imaging providers.
