JANUARY 1, 1999 MEDSOLUTIONS AND UNITEDHEALTHCARE OF THE MIDWEST SIGN EXCLUSIVE AGREEMENT FOR MEDICAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES St. Louis, MO -- MedSolutions, Inc. and UnitedHealthcare of the Midwest executed an exclusive agreement to implement a Privileging and Assessment program for United’s radiology network beginning January 1, 1999. MedSolutions’ Privileging and Assessment process will identify the health plan’s key diagnostic imaging providers and ensure they meet certain quality standards.
