Implementation

The MedSolutions implementation team is led by your appointed Account Manager, who strives to implement a management program that best serves the performance goals of the healthplan. The customized team meets weekly, via teleconference, with key representatives from the healthplan throughout the implementation process to assure the process goes smoothly, and that all healthplan concerns are addressed.

Action Plan

MedSolutions’ Account Manager will work closely with the healthplan’s implementation project leader to develop a customized action plan for the project. All of the steps necessary to complete the project on time will be mapped and guided by the Account Manager.

Communication

Healthplan Education Process

Based on our past implementation experiences, MedSolutions has developed a thorough communication program to educate all involved areas within the customer organization. We invite the healthplan to send representatives to our corporate office in Nashville to meet the MedSolutions team and become familiar with our operations.

We also conduct ‘in-service’ programs for the customer organization, introducing the audience to MedSolutions and covering all issues related to the people in attendance.

Provider Communication Process

Our basic provider communication program includes a series of mailings coming from both the healthplan and MedSolutions to introduce the provider community to MedSolutions
